Mid-term reporting will consist of three steps:

1.  Teachers enter Remarks for each student.

2.  Coaches & dorm parents write Remarks for those team or dorm members assigned to them. 

3.  Advisors draft an introduction and conclusion and copy the Remarks.  These are then pasted into the comment area in their advisory "class." 


***It is strongly advised that any remark is first authored in Word or Docs and then copied and pasted into Veracross.


To enter Remarks for each student:


1.  Scroll to your class in the Faculty Portal.  


2.  Access the Grades and Comments page in one of two ways:

    Option One:

    Mouseover "More." 





    Click "Report Cards."

Option Two:

        Click on your class.

        Choose the "Grades and Comments" tab

        



3.  Choose a student.  (It will default to the first student alphabetically by last name).



4. *** For standard academic classes only (Specials: Skills, Art, & Music classes do not provide Indicator Grades)  **** 

Enter a numeric grade in the interim grade field.




5. Type or paste your Remark into the "Comments" area.

With each change, you should notice the "Saved!" checkmark in the bottom right.
