ADMIN ON-DEMAND
In the course of using your computer, downloading apps, or accessing features, the computer may prompt you for an administrator username and password.
Your account can be granted temporary administrator access by clicking on the "Admin On-Demand" tab and then the request button.
Fill out the form. Briefly describe why you are requesting access and press "Continue."
Read the warnings and press the prompts in the screens that follow.
You will then be granted Admin access automatically for a set amount of time.
You will know when that time begins once an alert appears on your screen.
To use your user account as an admin, the username follows the pattern "firstnamelastname" and the password is the one you use to log into your computer.
When the following alert shows, the admin window is over.
If you require another instance of administrator access, follow this process again, but be aware that you can only be granted automated admin privileges a certain number of times each day.
