Prerequisite: You may need to download and install the printer drivers for MAC from the following websites if you have not connected to one of these printer brands before.

- Click on the Apple icon in the upper left of your screen and click System Settings (or Preferences depending on your operating system)
- Click Printers and Scanners and click either the "+" or Add Printer, Scanner, Fax.
- Click the globe symbol to add by IP Address.
- In the Address box put in the printers IP Address. Common IP addresses can be found here... Email Helpdesk for a printer's IP that is not in this list.

Protocol should be set to "HP Jetdirect" for connecting to all printers. If that doesn't work for connecting to Kyocera printers/copiers select "IPP" instead.
Queue can be left blank and under the Name option feel free to give the printer a name for your reference.
Click Add and that's it!
