Using Your PMI for Zoom Invites
If you would like to give students a single link for all your Zoom meetings, you may do so by using your PMI code.
I would suggest that you still post meeting times at myIMS.
To do this,
1. open the Zoom app on your computer or iPad.
2. On a computer, you will click the small down arrow indicator next to the "New Meeting" icon.
On an iPad, you will click "New Meeting."
On the computer, you can select "Use my Personal Meeting ID, PMI."
On the iPad make sure that selection is turned on.
3. To access the join code which you will share with others,
on a computer, mouse-over the PMI and select Copy Invitation. <right image>
On an iPad, you will have to start the meeting, click 'Participants' (tap the screen and look to the top right) and then choose "Copy URL."
