Fall Term reporting will consist of the followingsteps:
- Teachers enter a summary of their parent conference.
- Teachers mark the summary ready for review
- Amy and/or Lydia Review and either mark review complete or send summary back with comments.
- Repeat steps 2 & 3 until review complete.
To enter Remarks for each student:
- Scroll to your class in the Faculty Portal.
- Access the Grades and Comments page in one of two ways:
Option One:
Mouseover "More."
Click "Report Cards."
Option Two:
Click on your class.
Choose the "Grades and Comments" tab - Choose a student. (It will default to the first student alphabetically by last name).
- Type or paste your Remark into the "Comments" area.
With each change, you should notice the "Saved!" checkmark in the bottom right. - When the comment is ready for review. Click "Mark Studenty Ready For Review"
