Interims are entered bi-weekly to give feedback to students, advisors, and families about their "Work Habits" and "Attitude" for core academic courses or "Effort" for others.


These are entered in Veracross via the "Grades and Comments" screen.  This can be accessed via the portals page by clicking on the "Report Cards" option on the "More" button under a class. 

 

Or via the class page, by clicking on the class and choosing "Grades and Comments."


Once there, scroll down to the "Qualitative" section.  There, you should see the dropdowns for entering the interim scores.  

If you mouseover the Interim categories, a dialogue will show with a description of the possible scores, as shown in the image below.



If a student earns a score of a "2" or below, leave a comment in the field below.

Be sure to click on the correct interim tab before entering the comment.  For the period in the picture below it is UC FI5.

When you finish with the entry, choose the next student from the student list in the left margin.
