Integrate Faculty Events, Assignments, or Schedule to Google Calendar
1. Log-in to Veracross
2. Click on "Calendar Subscriptions" under "Quick Links" in the right margin.
3. Under "Instructions," check "Subscribe Using Google Calendar."
4. Click "Subscribe" next to any class, events, or schedule that you wish to add to your Google Calendar.
As a teacher, I find the most useful subscriptions to be "Faculty Calendar" and "Class Schedules."
You can find more teams and available calendars by clicking on the "School Calendars" tab.
5. Click "Add" in the popup that opens with Google Calendar.
6. You should now see those calendars listed under "Other Calendars" in the left margin of Google Calendar.
Be sure they are checked to view the events.
If you would like to view your classes and events on another device, different than the one you are setting up now, you may have to manually inspect this menu and check the "Other Calendar" you would like to make visible.
