This article will document the steps needed for Grade Level Deans to gain access to their grade.


Each Grade Level Dean should have permission to each advisory.  In the case of 9th Grade, the Secondary School advisor should also be granted access.


Each Grade Level Dean must be part of the Grade Deans group.  This group is part of the School Defined:General Groups in the Find Groups Query on the System Home Page.  They should also be a member of their specific Grade Level Dean Group as well.  In the case of 5th and 6th at the time of this article's publishing, they share the same grade dean.

Once a year, the group needs to be brought into the current school year.  From the detail page click the lightning bolt and choose Update Group School Year to Current School Year.
