TROUBLESHOOTING


1.  If you are opening Manager for the first time, you may see this screen.  Press "Cancel."


2.  If you reach this screen, press "Self-Service."


3.  If you attempt to open Manager without a stable internet connection or just after logging in, you may see a screen similar to the one displayed below.  



Quit Manager by clicking "Manager" in the menu bar and then "Quit" or typing ⌘ + Q.  


Then check to see that WiFi is connected, wait 30 seconds, and open "Manager" again, you should see the main screen.
